We represent cider makers on federal excise policy, taxation, alcohol regulation, labelling, interprovincial trade, market access, agriculture and international trade.

We work with partners to expand learning for producers, judges, hospitality professionals and others working with cider.

National projects include industry research, sector data, quality assurance, cider terminology, sustainability, market intelligence and producer collaboration.

A national platform recognizing cider quality, innovation, sustainability, marketing, leadership and community impact.
Market & Export Development
Cider Canada is working to increase opportunities for Canadian producers both at home and internationally. Current initiatives include international market research, buyer development, trade activities and the development of a stronger national identity for Canadian cider.

More Than Cider
Mead Canada / Hydromel Canada
Cider Canada has created Mead Canada / Hydromel Canada as a national home for Canadian mead producers, allowing the sector to collaborate nationally while benefiting from shared infrastructure and organizational support.
